| Description | This class is geared toward mixed age groups for one adult and a special little person in their life. The class will focus on practicing partner poses, cooperative games and relaxation. Family dynamics and communication styles will be explored in this yoga class. We will explore how relating to others allows us to relate more deeply to ourselves all in a fun environment. Tickets: $22 (Parent-Child Pair) $8 (Additional Child) Times: Third Sunday of every month, 2:30-3:30 pm |
