| Description | Join Travelodge for a "beary" special day of fun and activities as we host "The Great Sleepy Bear Swap" at zoos across the country. During the swap, the first 100 children who bring in a used stuffed animal for donation will in exchange receive free zoo admission and a brand new Sleepy Bear teddy bear. The previously loved stuffed animals will be donated to two deserving organizations: Stuffed Animals For Emergencies (SAFE) whose mission it is to provide stuffed animals to emergency organizations to be distributed to children in traumatic situations and 11th Hour Rescue who works to place pets in foster/permanent homes to save them from euthanasia. As friends of Travelodge's official black bear Sleepy Bear, the bears at the zoo are excited to host all of Travelodge's friends and treat them to special bear focused activities and educational sessions. Also, Sleepy Bear will be on hand to welcome everyone to the festivities. Mark your calendars and join us for the fun! |
